Transfervibe Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Transfervibe: Referred to as the Company.
• Customer: Refers to the person requesting or who will request the transfer services.
• Service: Refers to the transfer services provided by Transfervibe.

2. Services

• Transfervibe provides transfer services to customers on specified dates and times.
• Before making a reservation for the transfer service, the customer must specify travel dates, transfer points, and other requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

• Reservations for services must be made through the official Transfervibe website or specified communication channels.
• Payment is required to confirm the reservation. Payments are non-refunded after the reservation is confirmed.

4. Cancellation and Refund

The customer has the right to cancel at least 7 (seven) days before the service start date. In case of cancellation beyond this period (less than 7 days before the service start date), no refund will be issued.

5. Service Delivery Information

At Transfervibe, we commit to providing the purchased transfer service at the date and time specified during booking within the estimated duration provided. The service will start on time at the specified departure point and safely transport you to your destination. In case of any disruptions, we will inform you in advance.

6. Responsibilities

• Transfervibe commits to providing transfer services on time and safely.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of travel documents and other necessary information.
• Transfervibe will make every effort to transport the passenger to the destination specified in the confirmation document in the safest manner possible. However, circumstances beyond our control may prevent fulfilling this responsibility. Examples of such circumstances include:
  • Traffic, road conditions, and accidents causing delays to the vehicle
  • Restricted vehicle access
  • Exceptional or severe weather conditions
  • Compliance with police requests
  • Fatalities and accidents on the road
  • Vandalism and terrorism
  • Unforeseen traffic delays
  • Industrial actions by third parties
  • Issues caused by other customers
  • Vehicle being detained or delayed by a police officer or government official
  • Other circumstances affecting passenger safety
• The vehicle(s) will use every reasonable means to arrive on time to start the transfer duration and reach the destination on time. No responsibility will be accepted for delays caused by reasons beyond our control. Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party damages under Turkish law. However, despite all care, customers' belongings are carried entirely at their own risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.
• After your flight lands, any delays beyond normal baggage claim and routine checks (e.g., lost luggage or extended delays at controls) must be reported to Transfervibe in advance via email or WhatsApp. Otherwise, Transfervibe reserves the right to modify the transfer.
  Flight delays are monitored by the radar program in our system. Transfer time schedules may be re-planned according to any changes.
  Customers' excess baggage must be declared during booking. In case of excess baggage, Transfervibe reserves the right to claim additional fees or refuse to transport the items.
  Transfervibe reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers) to refuse to transport any person believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behavior is considered a threat to the driver, the vehicle, or other passenger(s).
  Passengers are not permitted to bring any weapons, drugs, or animals into our vehicles.
  Smoking is prohibited in Transfervibe vehicles.

7. Cancellation and Changes

• Transfervibe reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation on time when required by circumstances.
• If the customer wishes to change or cancel the reservation, this request must be communicated to Transfervibe.

8. Privacy

Transfervibe commits to keeping customers' personal information confidential and using it solely for the purpose of providing services.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

• These terms and conditions are subject to Turkish Law.
• In case of disputes between the parties, Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.

10. Changes and Updates

Transfervibe reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will take effect upon publication on the company website.
